Personal information for the purposes of these privacy conditions is understood to mean:

 

2.1  Information (including but not limited to) that the User independently provides to myXinet at the time of registration (account creation), use of myXinet software products and calls to customer support. Information is provided by the User filling in the appropriate forms, while the amount of information provided when filling in the optional fields of these forms is determined by the User at his discretion.

2.2  Information obtained automatically by the user using the Moxinet software products, including cookie data, IP address, information about the User's browser, technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, and the date and time of access to the Maksinnet services.

Information about the User, which myXinet receives within the framework of contracts or agreements concluded with the user.

 

 

 

 

3. Objectives of collecting and processing personal information of users

 

3.1 myXinet collects and stores only that personal information that is necessary for the use of myXinet software products or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except when the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information within the period specified by law.

 

3.2  Personal information of the User is processed by the Maksinnet in order to identify the User when using software, providing the User with personalized services, executing agreements and contracts, interacting with the User (including sending notices, requests and information regarding the use of software products, as well as processing requests and Applications from the User) and conducting statistical and other studies based on impersonal data.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Conditions for processing personal information of Users and transferring it to third parties

 

 

4.1  myXinet is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data" when processing personal data of Users.

4.2  In respect of the User's personal information, its confidentiality is preserved, except for cases of voluntary provision by the User of information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.

 

4.3  Storage, modification and deletion of the User's personal information is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of specific software products Maksinnet, technical documentation for them, as well as the License Agreement for their use.

 

4.4  myXinet has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

 

4.4.1  The user expressed his consent to such disclosure in writing. 

4.4.2  The transfer is necessary for the conclusion of a contract on the initiative of the User or a contract under which the User will be a beneficiary or guarantor.

4.4.3  Transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the User is either a beneficiary or a guarantor.

4.4.4  The user violates the copyrights of Mayernet and / or the relevant License Agreement and the transfer of information is necessary to protect the rights and legal interests of Mayernet or third parties.

4.4.5  The transfer is provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation within the framework of the procedure established by law.

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Limitations of liability

 

5.1  myXinet does not verify the authenticity of the personal information provided by the User and does not have the ability to assess its legal capacity. However, myXinet assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information and maintains this information up to date.

 

5.2  The User guarantees, with the provision of myXinet personal information of third parties, that he has obtained all necessary permits and consent to these actions by these third parties, and guarantees the full and unconditional consent of these persons to all provisions of these confidentiality provisions.

5.3  myXinet is not responsible for the collection, storage and processing of personal information included in the software products of myXinet by third-party software provided that the User is notified about it.

 

5.4 myXinet can not ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal information, to which the User himself is granted public access in the myXinet software products due to their functional purposes. The user agrees that part of his personal information becomes available to an unlimited number of persons when using the myXinet software.

 

 

 

 

6. Measures used to protect user personal information

 

 

6.1  myXinet takes necessary and sufficient legal, organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information of users from improper or accidental access, modification, copying, distribution, blocking, destruction and other illegal actions of third parties with it.
